Requirements of Membership

Membership in the ACHRP is FREE to individuals who meet the following requirements:

Job/Role
Individual members must be a founder/owner or W2 employee of a licensed cannabis or hemp business and currently serving in an HR or People Operations role/capacity.

This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, job titles or functions such as: HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Total Rewards, Benefits Administration, DEI, HR Operations, HRIS Administrator, Organizational Development, Performance Management, HR Compliance & Employment Law, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Talent Management, Employee Engagement/Experience, etc.

The ACHRP does not currently offer a membership tier (or option) to owners or employees of ancillary product or services companies or those working for licensed cannabis/hemp companies as outside consultants or independent contractors, but this could change in the future.

No Solicitation
Members agree that membership is strictly for mutually beneficial information sharing and collaboration as opposed to the sale, solicitation, or the promotion of products or services.

Terms of Service
All applicants must consent to abide by our Terms of Service, including our Code of Ethics, especially as it relates to interactions with the ACHRP community and individual members.
